
“Eclipse” could be said to be CHC Affordable Housing’s ‘flagship’ project which ASC is proud to be involved. It is the largest singular project which ASC is currently working on and is due for completion at the end of 2013.
It comprises over 220 no. ‘affordable’ apartments and townhouses in 7 no. separate blocks and includes all associated basement, civil works and commercial facilities.
Whilst ASC is a small organisation, the extension experience of Aaron Still provides the ability to provide advice on large scale projects such as this whilst also providing very cost effective fees, both of which always benefit the client.
ASC has been involved in the project from its inception and has provided the following services:

- Early and detailed cost planning
- General construction and buildability advice
- Value management studies and associated advice
- Advice during the detailed documentation phase
- Tender review, negotiation and associated reporting
- Review of contract variations
- Bank funding requirements including cash flow forecasting
